Deb and I met on this day in 1989. We were at an in-service training for group homes (MR) we worked in for CPR training. My first line to her was "So is that your car with all the stickers on it?" Not so strangely we both worked in group homes because it paid well and allowed us great flexibility to tour for weeks at a time (this darn band named the Grateful Dead kept following us from town to town).
We were both born at the same hospital, had the same pediatrician (Dr. Harwood), went to many of the same places growing up, and met some many of the same people, and were at many, many of the same GD shows. But until 12-8-89 we never met. I remember early in our relationship looking at a prom picture of hers and asking why she went to the prom with a kid who was my best friend when he and I were young children. Lots of synchronicity like that.
We have been together ever since. More time then you get for murder... ;-)
I will soon be deleting this site. It is time for other adventures in life. I would like to thank all who came by and said hello. I wish you all the very best.
